LA Gym offers a wide range of equipment to work up a sweat. Most of our apparatus are equipped with computers and measuring systems, which will give you personal feedback.

Aside from the classic cardio equipment, we also offer special HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) apparatus. This is a very intensive form of working out composed of short and powerful training sessions that ensure better blood flow and increased stamina. We advise you to consult with our personal trainers before trying a HIIT work-out
